Terms of use and license

Using Trackmere

You may use the free version without charge. Only open location history that is yours, or that you are legally allowed to access. Don’t use Trackmere to track or monitor other people without their permission.

License

• Lifetime: for one person or household, for their own location history, on their own devices, for Trackmere version 1.x.
• A license is a one-time purchase. It removes the 31-day limit on exports and printed reports.
• Do not share or publish your license key.

No warranty, no advice

Trackmere is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Google changes its export formats, and some files may not be read completely. Country borders are simplified, and day counts depend on the data in your files. Reports are summaries of your own data – not tax, immigration or legal advice, and not certified records. We are not liable for decisions based on them or for indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars; USDT amounts include a few cents that identify your order. Because the app can be tested for free before buying, sales are final unless the law requires otherwise. If your file doesn’t open or export correctly after buying, contact us and we will try to help.

Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends once delivery has started with your express consent: at checkout you confirm that you want the license key delivered immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. We confirm this in the e-mail that contains your key.

Not affiliated

Trackmere is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google LLC.

Map data and open-source components

The built-in map uses Natural Earth data (public domain). Trackmere uses open-source libraries under the MIT license. See the list of components.
